If your miner has not paid out yet, you get a full refund when you ask within 24 hours of buying it. Its first payout day ends at 00:00 UTC, so ask before then.
The price goes back to your balance in BTC, at the rate of the refund day. The miner is removed. A first-buy bonus goes with a refunded miner.
After 24 hours, or once the miner has paid out, there is no refund. The law of your country may give you a longer right.
